Before reading on we would like you to take note of the following points:

• The types of product we accept and the prices we pay are subject to change without prior notice.
• In general we only purchase originally manufactured cartridges. There is no value for refilled cartridges, compatible cartridges or Epson cartridges (unless otherwise listed). Broken cartridges have no value so please ensure that your items are packed carefully prior to collection.
• Recycool encourages you to re-use old boxes as you prepare your packages for collection. Packages can contain any combination of inkjet cartridges, laser cartridges and mobile phones. For some more tips on packing please see our terms and conditions.

As we operate under the self billing method of payment, you must tell us if you are registered for VAT when we open you account and provide us with your VAT number. We will then send you further guidance on how to treat payments which include VAT. You should also tell us if your VAT status changes over the period you are collecting used cartridges and mobile phones to allow us to update our records.
